We’ll start with gentle chair yoga stretches to warm up and increase mobility, followed by chair-based exercises that focus on building core strength, balance, and stability; all the while sprinkling in light-hearted chair dance moves, allowing you to express yourself, enjoy the rhythm, and move with ease. The session concludes with a relaxing cool-down and brief meditation to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
