Yoga Nidra (collective) ~ Deep Rest & Connection

Join us for a powerful 45-minute group Yoga Nidra session, a deeply restorative practice often called "yogic sleep." In this guided meditation, participants are led through a series of calming techniques - including breathwork, body scans, and visualizations - to access a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

In a collective session, the energy of shared intention enhances the experience, creating a shared sense of calm and connection. The session will begin with gentle grounding exercises to settle in, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to release tension, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental rejuvenation.
