Restorative Yoga

Unwind, relax, and reset in our 75-minute Restorative Yoga session. This gentle, nurturing grounded practice is designed to help you release deep-seated tension, relieve stress, and promote a profound sense of relaxation. Using supportive props such as blankets, bolsters, and yoga blocks (or household items you have on hand are good substitutes - blankets, pillows, couch cushions…), you’ll be guided into restful postures held for extended periods (6-9 minutes), allowing your body to fully surrender and let go.

This practice is paced slowly, inviting you to breathe deeply and connect with stillness as you ease into each asana. Through gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, Restorative Yoga helps calm the nervous system, replenish your Energy, and restore a sense of balance to both Body and mind. Perfect for all levels, this session is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, recovery, or a deep release from physical and mental tension.
