
Join us for a 60-minute (contribute-as-you-are-able) Community Yoga session - a welcoming, inclusive class that brings people of all levels together to move, breathe, and connect. This session is designed to be accessible and adaptable, making it perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Together, we’ll Flow through a series of gentle yet energizing yoga asanas, fostering a sense of unity and collective wellbeing.
The practice begins with grounding breathwork and warm-up stretches to prepare the Body and mind. You’ll then be guided through a balanced sequence of postures that encourage strength, flexibility, and relaxation, with modifications provided to suit every skill level. Our focus is on moving mindfully, supporting one another, and building a sense of community as we practice together. The session ends with a calming cool-down and brief meditation, leaving everyone feeling refreshed, centered, and connected.
